Alison Moore, RDH

Position: Hygienist

Originally from Marion, Arkansas, I earned my Associate of Applied Science degree in 2018 and have over a decade of experience in the dental field. I’m passionate about building genuine connections with patients, especially those who feel anxious about dental care. Helping patients feel comfortable and watching their confidence grow over the years is the most rewarding part of what I do. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me at the ball fields or enjoying time as a proud mom.

J. Holly Meadows, RDH

Position: Hygienist

Holly is OKC born and raised and attended the University of Oklahoma. Boomer Sooner! She taught high school English for five years, but ultimately decided teaching wasn’t her passion. She followed a lifetime love of teeth and in 2006 she earned a 2nd degree in Dental Hygiene. Holly loves meeting patients and getting to know them. She is also passionate about calming the fears of anxious patients. She lives in Rogers with her husband, Marcus, and their labradoodles, Stevie & Georgia. In her free time you might find her learning mahjong and needlepoint, soaking up the sun by the pool, making lists, or eating chips and salsa!

Position: Hygienist

Morgan, RDH, started with Bright Ridge Dental in 2015. Raised in Fort Smith, she obtained her Dental Hygiene degree in 2011 from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith. Morgan has one daughter, Isabella. She truly enjoys many aspects of being a dental hygienist including developing relationships with patients, and working with them one on one to help them improve their health. In her spare time, Morgan spend time with family, traveling, being at the lake or beach, and cheering for the Razorbacks! WPS!

Corissa Fortini, RDH

Corissa Fortini, RDH

Position: Hygienist

A Native of the Chicagoland area, Corissa moved to Bentonville with her husband and 3 children in 2021. She received her Associates in Applied Science in 2003 from Parkland College in Illinois. With over 20 years experience as a dental hygienist, she enjoys helping patients achieve optimal oral health. When not scaling calculus, you can most likely find her listening to audiobooks, cooking, dancing, or cheering on the Cubs, Bulls, & Bears!

Position: Office Manager

With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Melissa brings both knowledge and heart to her role at Bright Ridge Dental. Whether she’s coordinating schedules, navigating insurance, or supporting the team behind the scenes, she is always ready to help. Her goal is to keep the office running smoothly while ensuring every patient has a positive experience at each visit. A Bentonville native, Melissa loves spending time outdoors and being with her family. Life is never boring as a mom to two very different-aged boys. She spends much of her time cheering on her oldest in competitive high school and showcase baseball, while also soaking up the sweet (and energetic!) toddler years with her youngest.

Position: Front Office Lead

Mariah was raised in NWA and started her journey with us in 2019 as a dental assistant. She transitioned to the front office as Treatment Coordinator and now serves as our Front Office Lead. Her clinical experience, paired with her passion for patient connection, allows her to guide patients confidently and comfortably through their visits. Mariah’s love for dentistry has only grown over the past six years—she’s even built a small reputation for loving all things teeth, complete with a collection of dental-inspired items, and even has a tiny tooth tattoo behind her ear to prove it! Outside the office, she enjoys crafting and creating, kayaking, hiking the beautiful NWA trails, and spending as much time in the water as possible—whether it’s in a pool, lake, or the ocean.

Monica Olalde, RDA

Monica Olalde, RDA

Position: Clinical Lead

Monica is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 13 years of experience. She joined BRD in 2016 and serves as our Clinical Lead and most-senior team member! Mexico-born and living in NWA for over 24 years, she is passionate about dentistry and life-long learning! Monica's dedication and clinical skills make her a patient favorite! She shares a special interest in implant dentistry, pediatrics, sedation, and dentoalveolar surgery. Monica maintains both ACLS and PALS certifications. She is also a loving wife and mother of three who enjoys spending quality time with family, running, hiking, and personal reflection.
