About Us

Drs. Kristian (K.C.) and Kaitlin Dietz met at the University of Richmond in Virginia where they completed their undergraduate studies. They decided to make dental school a family affair and got married while pursuing their dental degrees at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, also in Richmond, VA.

The Dietz’s spent the next five years in Joplin, MO practicing together at a federally qualified health center caring for the under-served. They moved to Bentonville in 2014 after opening Bright Ridge Dental, with a passion for Bentonville family dentistry! Brecken, 11, Zachary, 9, and Emma, 4, keep them busy outside of the office!

In late 2018, Dr. Amy Bell joined the practice. She is an experienced dentist and NWA-native who shares our conservative treatment philosophy, gentle touch, and commitment to quality dentistry!

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Kaitlin C. Dietz, DDS

Dr. Kait obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry in 2009. She was awarded the American Association of Public Health Dentistry Award in 2009 for achievement in Community Dentistry and Dental Public Health. She was an adjunct faculty member at the UMKC School of Dentistry while living in Missouri. Since her graduation, she has enhanced her dental training through continuing education classes conducted throughout the United States, including training in treating sleep apnea, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Kait loves reading, baking, and spending time with her family, and the beach is her happy place!

Dr. Kristian C. Dietz, DDS, D. ABDSM

Dr. K.C. received his D.D.S. degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. K.C. completed intensive training in IV conscious sedation at GRU’s Medical College of Georgia in Augusta under Dr. Michael Pruett. He is a licensed provider of oral and IV sedation (Moderate Conscious Sedation). He also holds both Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. Dr. K.C. completed implant continuum training with the Engel Institute in Charlotte, NC. He holds diplomate status with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and views healthy sleep as the foundation for human life.

He spent a good part of his first five years of practice caring for children, and enjoys providing dentistry for a diverse group of patients! Dr. K.C. loves electronic gadgets, DIY projects, and teaching his boys how (not) to hit golf balls; his favorite place to unwind is the golf-course!

Dr. Amy Bell, DDS

Dentist Office in Northwest Arkansas

A native of Rogers, AR, Dr. Amy Bell received her Bachelors degree from the University of Arkansas. Dr. Bell went on to graduate with her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. While at school in Memphis, Dr. Bell was awarded the high achievement in the curriculum in dental care for persons with disabilities.

Dr. Bell has traveled to Guatemala several times to provide dental services to people without access to proper health care. She also volunteers at the Samaritan Dental Clinic in Rogers for uninsured adults. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Arkansas State Dental Association. Dr. Bell and her husband, Owen, have 3 boys. Dr. Bell enjoys home projects, reading, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.

With over 14 years of comprehensive experience, including practice ownership in Hot Springs, AR, Dr. Kyle Benton has a genuine enthusiasm for building strong, trusting relationships with his patients and team. He firmly believes that these connections are the foundation of delivering personalized care and providing an exceptional dental experience!

Beyond Dr. Benton’s professional endeavors, he is a devoted follower of Christ, a loving husband, and a proud father of three wonderful children. His personal passions include staying active and healthy and engaging in activities such as running, hunting, and fishing.

I was very pleased with today's visit. Everyone was very helpful, very considerate of how you feel and what you need and what you are looking for as far as your options they have for you to feel more comfortable. I'm saying this because I had a bad experience at the dentist when I was a small child and it really effected me. But I'm super pleased and I will go back for my appointments as they are being scheduled at this time. It was very enjoyable. I actually look forward to getting my work done there. Thank you Dr Kate and Leslie for everything.

Not many people can say they love going to the dentist but Bright Ridge makes it easy to look forward to. The appointments are easy to schedule and timely. I love the personable and friendly staff and have the best hygienist Alison! I also appreciate their approach to bringing patients along the journey with decision making on dental care and think they do a good job of getting to know their patients.
